LEARNING PROGRAMS

At Faith Model School, our teachers follow a unique teaching methodology that incorporates a curriculum designed to develop executive function and self-regulation skills. Phonics plays an integral role in imbibing little readers with the core basics of linguistics.

FAITH JUNIOR  3.5 Years -4.4 Years

With a foundation already set, your child is now ready to explore further. Science and Math are made interesting with fun-filled activities. We dedicate different days of the year to various shapes and colours enabling your little ones to help differentiate one from the other through such themes.

Having been oriented with a now familiar environment of comfort and creativity, your child finds a platform to realise their inner potential. Linguistic development plays a crucial part this year. We also emphasize communication by softly urging social interaction and your child will be encouraged to convey thoughts in the form of words and sentences. Here, we also help your child to develop an inquiring mind as the years to come will not stop giving them food for thought at various levels.

FAITH SENIOR   4.5 Years -5.4 Years

At five and above, your child is more attuned to the taught subjects and is ready to push his or her boundaries in understanding more complex concepts. Your child will be taught to read and write complete words and build vocabulary. Your child is prepped for the next academic year where more subjects will be introduced. Social skills and moral concepts of sharing and caring will be nurtured alongside.

Art, dramatic reading and roleplaying give vent to your child’s imagination. At the same time, we, at FMS, encourage your child to further their creative thought.

CLASS 1 TO 10

Our curricula are meant to impart 21st-century education to your child during their primary years of schooling, Subjects taught will be English, Math, Science, Tamil, Hindi, Arabic and Value education. French will be included as an optional language.

The periodic art and fun activities will help give their academic side an added advantage.

We also introduce physical education as a period to initiate the concept of health and fitness. The idea of teamwork and playing in groups will help your child explore themselves in that direction.

The physical well-being of your child will positively trigger mental stimulation which will, eventually help your child to develop a healthy balance in both physique and mind.
